Terms and Conditions
For “Golf Bookings” comprised of green fee, caddie fee and private transfer though any of Golf A La Cart, LTD websites, after receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm pick up time and tee-times and notify you by email or fax.
Payment options for Golf Bookings are -
- Online payment by credit card may be made by American Express ONLY
- Payment by bank transfer may be made after our confirmation of your booking and upon receipt of our email giving instructions for transfer
- A 50% deposit is required on some golf courses, therefore a deposit of 50% will have to be received by Golf A La Cart, LTD no later than 7 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer as per above or booking will be cancelled
- You may charge to your Hotel room at one of our Hotel Partners with our approval by email or fax
After completion of one of the above forms of payment, we will then issue all tour vouchers, along with detailed pick up and meeting instructions
In case of cancellation, Golf A La Cart, LTD will refund:
- 50% of your payment if at least 24 hours prior your tee-off time unless you have a guaranteed booking. Refund applies to Golf Courses ONLY and not Hotel Accommodations.
- All Hotel accommodations are governed by the rules of refund imposed on Golf A La Cart, LTD by the contracting Hotels.
- No refund for cancellation if less than 24 hours prior your tee off time or no show
We accept:
- American Express (Over the internet)
- VISA (With verifiable signature in person only)
- Master Card (With verifiable signature in person only)
Payments for Golf Packages and Custom Tours, defined as golf bookings and/or any other service defined on Golf A La Cart, LTD websites, after receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm back to you
Payment options for Golf Packages, Custom Tours and Other Services are -
- Online payment by credit card may be made by American Express ONLY
- Payment by bank transfer may be made after our confirmation of your booking and upon receipt of our email giving instructions for transfer
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your tour by credit card or bank transfer as per above or booking will be cancelled
The outstanding balance shall be paid -
- By credit card 7 days prior to arrival OR
- with authorization in-cash or credit card upon arrival
In case of cancellation, we will refund:
- 75% of your paid deposit if more than 30 days prior to your arrival
- 50% of your paid deposit if more than 15 days prior to your arrival
- No refund if less than 15 days prior to your arrival
Detailed pick up and meeting instructions will be sent by email and vouchers given upon arrival by Golf A La Cart, LTD management or staff.
